Grade 5 ELA - Sample Learning Experiences
Students research the internet for information, use the information to create a brochure and cite URLs to acknowledge ownership of intellectual information.

Students have read the novel The Bridge to Terabithia and will create a Comic Life page to express their understanding of a part of the novel that stands out for them. This plan can be adapted to use any novel and other grade levels as well. This learning experience will take several class periods, depending on previous experience with Comic Life and access to the required technology.
